If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us within three (3) days of receipt. We will ask for a refeipt of shipment which indicates the return shipping date.

The product should not be damaged and the product must be in original packaging. This return policy applies only to defective product.

You must ensure that the product delivered to us is in the same condition as when you receive it. In this case, if the item is returned to us in conditions that are not acceptable, we reserve the right to not accept returns and send the product back to you.

*Please note that for all return/ refund processes, all shipping costs related to the delivery of the product back to our warehouse will be solely borne by the customer who requests for the refund/ return.

    Product as seen on the Site may differ slightly from the actual product that you receive.
  4. If the goods you received is damaged, please contact our Customer Service team and provide invoice number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for the return, and whether you require a refund or replacement.
    After receiving the products, we will check and we will notify you of your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via e-mail as soon as possible.
    If asking for a replacement, allow for 2 weeks production time when not in stock
    In terms of return products that are not broken, we have the discretion to decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the Products and / or we may require you to pay for all shipping fees and services in accordance with the standard cost and other costs for credit or debit card, or payment details you provide to us when you make your order, and, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible to you for any loss, liability, damage costs, or other expenses.
