The new Leg Extension/Curl Seat Attachment enhances your Universal Trainer by adding focused lower-body exercises to your regimen. It’s perfect for intensifying your leg day with precise, biomechanically correct movements that target and strengthen the quadriceps and hamstrings.
The Leg Extension/Curl seat attaches to the MX1162 Universal Trainer and uses the weight stack for the resistance. The seat works for leg extensions then turned upward for standing leg curls.
